As a cook in a factory, I prepare meals for hundreds of workers every day. In the past, the fire was not well controlled, which often led to fried vegetables, oil smoke flying everywhere, and the kitchen was always stuffy. Things have improved dramatically since the switch to commercial induction hobs. Induction cooker heating fast, firepower adjustment is also very accurate, I no longer have to worry about the problem of fire, the quality of dishes significantly improved. Without the open fire, the kitchen becomes much cleaner, the oil smoke is reduced, and the working environment is much more comfortable.
